Delivery

Delivery time

Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier. Usually delivery takes between 3 and 15 business days. See product description for the item in question for more specific information.

Shipping cost

Shipping costs vary depending on the item. The exact shipping cost is stated at checkout when ordering.


Multiple shipments

If you order multiple products, they may be delivered in separate packages and at different times due to different suppliers.

Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking link where you can follow your shipment.

Delivery responsibility

We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company or customs, but we are happy to help you resolve any problems.

Customs duties and fees

Orders may be subject to customs duties depending on the country's regulations and where the item is shipped from. These duties are paid by the customer. If the item is shipped from a country within the EU, no customs duties will be charged. Return

We have a 14-day return policy, which means that you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return the item.

For a return to be approved, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. If the item is used, you will not get your money back. You must also be able to show your order number and receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ peakpointequipment.com . We will then send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send the package. Please note that returns must be sent to the following address: Solhemsvägen 26

Returns sent back to us without first being requested will not be accepted.

Damage and problems

Please check your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective or if you have received the wrong item, so that we can assess the problem and correct it.

To receive a new item or a refund, pictures and/or video material showing the defect are required. If the defect is deemed to be caused by you as the customer (i.e. not original), a new item will not be sent and you as the customer cannot request a refund.

Exceptions/non-returnable items

All our goods are covered by a 14-day right of withdrawal according to the Distance Contracts Act.

Changes

If you want to exchange an item, we recommend that you return it according to our return policy and place a new order for the item you want instead.

14-day right of withdrawal within the EU

If you purchase a product within the EU, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without any specific reason being required.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing via support@ peakpointequipment.com before the withdrawal period expires and just like above, the item must be in the same condition as you received it: unused, with all tags still attached and in its original packaging. If the item is used, you will not get your money back. You must also be able to show a receipt or proof of purchase.

In the event of a right of withdrawal, you as the customer are responsible for the return shipping. We will refund the purchase price including the original shipping, but not the cost of sending the item back. Return costs are only paid by the customer if the item is not defective or incorrect.

Refunds

We will notify you when we have received and inspected the return. If the return is approved, we will refund the amount to you within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

If we have not received the goods back within this time, the refund may be postponed until we have received it.

Please note that it may take a few days for your bank or credit card company to process the transaction. If you have not received your refund within 14 days, please contact us at support@ peakpointequipment.com .
