Orders and agreements

When you make a purchase from us, a binding contract is entered into from the moment we confirm your order via email. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of, for example, technical problems or suspicion of fraud.

Prices and payment

All prices are stated in SEK or €, including VAT. However, they do not include any customs fees that may apply if the product you ordered is shipped from a country outside the EU. To be sure whether customs fees may apply, see the product description for the product in question. You as the buyer are responsible for any customs fees. The shipping cost is added at checkout. Payment is made through our approved payment methods. In the event of non-payment, we have the right to cancel your order.

Delivery and returns

Delivery times vary between 3 and 15 business days depending on the product and delivery method. When ordering multiple products, these may be delivered in separate shipments due to different suppliers.

You have the right to return products within 14 days if the product is in its original condition. In case of damage or faulty products, please contact us immediately so that we can correct the problem.

As we are a Swedish company, Swedish law applies, but our customers within the EU are entitled to the consumer protection offered under EU law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be heard by a Swedish court.
